今天第一天正式的开始做lab. Aikss… what can i say?
一早九点出门，傍晚六点才回到家. 累到……无话可说
废话不多说了 直接来个conculusion:
第一天的lab， lap lap lun
出师不利，打破一只装了MRD 的 test tube，幸好别组的朋友有extra，要不然….
(我下次一定要准备多多extra的media and agar!不去顾忌浪不浪费这个问题！arghh）
时间不够，estimation 错了，所以被逼浪费sample
明天重新prepare 新的sample 
**** **** **** **** **** **** ****
恩…第一天的成绩算是这样了吧
越做越有经验嘛 失败是成功之母！
呵呵 今天无端端多了一个母亲 kekeke (^-^)
明天继续加油吧! gambateh kudasai~
好了好了..打几下字就觉得很累了.我要继续我的CSI咯~
